How's The Market?
Twice a week on my Instagram and Facebook I do a quick 60-90 second reel. The first one is on the overall market across the country as well as any interest rate news (Monday Morning Market Update), and the second one is a quick update on the price and inventory trends of the Austin area (Friday's Facts & Figures - Your Weekly Wrap-Up of Austin Real Estate).
Additionally, I do a monthly video series addressing the market, as well as specific buyer and seller issues and concerns. They all end up on Facebook and Instagram, but are initially posted on my YouTube channel. You'll find all these below, and new ones will be added as I make them.
Why Do It This Way?
I do this to make it easy on you to get the most current information on the market, with all it's micro and macro swings. I always want to serve, not sell, and sometimes the best way to serve is to provide you with as much information as I can, and hope that it helps you in some way.
Whether your just curious and like to stay informed, or whether you are considering buying or selling a home, I hope you find this information helpful. I've lived in Austin my entire life and have been in real estate since college, so I love keeping up with what's going on in Austin and what's happening with the market.
